During the 60s and 70s he was also a productive writer, credited for the scripts of The Trackers, Carter‘s Army and The Guns of Will Sonnet. By the time he died Aaron Spelling net worth was estimated at $600 million, making him one of the wealthiest producers in film industry.
Aaron was born in Dallas, in a family of Pearl and David Spelling. His father, born David Spurling, immigrated to the United States before the Second World War.
